Here at DLM, our Operations Manager Emily wears many hats as she keeps our team focused on an ever-changing direction. We only half-jokingly call her the "mother of the office" with the way she uncannily knows what we need at any given time. We also meet Josh, a member of our design team, who teases what he'll talk about in a future episode.
