As a medical practice, any conversations you have with people regarding medical procedures need to be HIPAA-compliant, which is built into IRIS’s engagement process. People first fill out a contact form and consent to receive an initial text from your practice, which will then confirm the opt-in process for that specific number and personal information (name and procedure of interest, for example) before the conversation can begin.

Once opted in, your practice can send and receive texts with people from within Insight in a simple inbox setup that any relevant team member can log into securely from anywhere. This makes it easier for your team to stay on top of text leads so you don’t miss an opportunity if someone takes the day off, for example.
