We are a B2B healthcare marketing agency. We collect personal information from website visitors and clients to provide marketing services, communicate with prospects and customers, and operate our business. We do not monetize personal information by selling it to data brokers, third-party marketers, or any other party.

This page explains your rights regarding personal information you share with us, how we use cookies and similar technologies, and how to exercise your privacy choices.

Who This Applies To

This statement applies to:

  • Visitors to dlmconversion.com and any DLM-operated subdomain
  • Prospective clients who contact us through our website, phone, email, or other channels
  • Current and former clients of Digital Limelight Media

If you are a California resident, this statement explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you reside in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or other US states with comprehensive privacy laws, you have similar rights described below.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), “sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer’s personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Digital Limelight Media does not sell personal information under this or any common definition. We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months, and we do not intend to sell personal information in the future.

How We Share Information for Advertising and Analytics

While we do not sell personal information, we use certain advertising and analytics technologies that may share information with third-party service providers. Specifically:

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics: We use Google’s advertising and analytics services to understand how visitors use our website and to deliver relevant marketing communications. This may involve sharing cookie identifiers and behavioral data with Google.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): We may use Meta’s advertising platform for retargeting and audience-building campaigns.
  • LinkedIn: We may use LinkedIn Ads for B2B audience targeting.
  • CallRail: We use CallRail for phone call tracking and attribution.
  • HubSpot or other CRM platforms: We use customer relationship management software to manage prospect and client communications.

Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), some of these activities may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.
